Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any purchase of products from GMI LTD. is at your own risk and that none of the owners, managers, or employees shall be held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential indirect, or punitive damages, or any other losses, cost, or expenses of any kind (including legal fees, expert fees, medical fees, or other disbursements) which may arise, directly, or indirectly from the use of any of our products.

Purchaser acknowledges scooter, motorcycles, ATV's and personal watercraft are dangerous to ride. Purchaser they are in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. If you are not familiar with the operation of the above products seek professional training before riding. WARNING: the operation of scooters, motorcycles, ATV's, and personal watercraft involves risks. These may include serious bodily injury and even death. Always wear appropriate gear (helmets, protective clothing, flotation devices etc.). Never operate these vehicles under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Obey all laws and regulations that control the use of your vehicle. .

ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET! DO NOT DRINK AND RIDE!

Warranty:

Standard Warranty: Our warranty is for 90 days from the date of delivery or 2,000 km or 1200 miles, which ever comes first, for manufacturers defected parts only. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 5 business days, or let you know the lead time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery. In all cases, Purchaser needs to return the defective part before we replace it with a new part.

Taxes:

We do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of Nevada. You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license plates or tags. All states are different, consult your local tax collector for full information. There is no tax on shipping. See our State Laws links to assist you .

Payment Methods

Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or credit card. All funds must be in US dollars only. We are members of PayPal a secure online payment service.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
