Look beyond the battery price to scope, compatibility, transport, and warranty.
Match the scope first
A supply-only battery quote is different from a fitted replacement or a complete conversion. Ask each operator to identify the cart and system being assessed and list the components and labor included.
Account for supporting work
Ask the installer whether the proposed project needs changes to other cart components and how those are priced. Let the operator assess compatibility; a directory checklist cannot validate a battery package.
Clarify ownership after installation
Request written information about warranty administration, service support, collection charges, and old-battery handling. Ask what is excluded and who you should contact if the cart needs follow-up attention.
